Meet Mayim
I'm Mayim Vega, former NASA computer scientist turned naturopathic herbalist and holistic life coach.
Debilitating migraines, and years later a severe thyroid crisis, sent me searching for real answers. What I found reshaped my health, my family and my faith, and in 2009 it became Arukah.
I'll show you what I learned on the way to becoming a confident, effective holistic healer, and how you can do the same.

Who is the certification for?
Mothers who want to care for their families with confidence, wellness professionals who want deeper training, and medical professionals looking for natural approaches. Many students start with no medical background at all.
How long does it take?
It's self-paced. Most diligent students finish all three pillars in about a year, and you can take longer if life requires it.
How is it taught?
Mostly audio lessons, plus assignments designed to build your practice from the start, not endless memorization.
Can I take just one pillar?
Yes. Naturopathic Herbalism, Holistic Life Coaching and Online Business & Marketing can each be taken on their own, or together as the full certification. Compare the pillars.
What does it cost?
