The Power of Keto: A Revolution in Health

That said, I want to be clear: I don’t recommend the ketogenic diet for everyone, at all times.

Some people may need to cycle in and out of ketosis. Others may need to address underlying gut or thyroid issues first. And for some, especially those with certain liver or kidney conditions, this diet should only be pursued under supervision.
I always encourage people to listen to their bodies, work with a holistic practitioner, and approach keto not as a permanent extreme—but as a therapeutic phase or lifestyle reset with incredible healing potential.
This isn’t just about skinny jeans. It’s about energy. Clarity. Confidence. Control.

And because keto restricts certain fruits and grains, it’s important to be intentional about getting enough fiber, minerals, and hydration—or you might face constipation or nutrient imbalances.
